530am Wednesday started off with a tough workout that would spur the idea to make it even harder. This workout was 5 rounds of Goblet Squats, Kettlebell Swings, Ski Erg, Jumping Jacks, Medicine Ball Slams, Crunches and Push Ups.

That same afternoon, I decided to give it a go but do 10 rounds, instead of 5. Here the full workout.

Warm Up 5 Minutes

10 Rounds:

Goblet Squars 5 Reps Each Round

  • Kettlebell Swing 10 Reps Each Round
  • Ski Erg Pulls 10 to 100 (add 10 pulls each round)
  • Jumping Jacks 10 to 100 (add 10 reps each round)
  • Medicine Ball Slams 10 to 100 (add 10 reps each round)
  • Push Ups 10 to 100 (add 10 reps each round)
  • Crunches 10 to 100 (add 10 reps each round)

Complete as fast as you can, resting as needed. Once completed you will have completed a total of:

  • 50 Goblet Squats
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings
  • 500 Ski Erg Pulls
  • 500 Jumping Jacks
  • 500 Medicine Ball Slams
  • 500 Push Ups
  • 500 Crunches

You can sub the Ski Erg for any high intensity conditioning exercise if you don't have access to one. This was one of the tougher workouts that I have done in the last month but it was a good one. It was a great workout to push myself through even as the sets got tougher. The Push Ups were no joke and the last 3-4 rounds were tough.

Enjoy! Stay Healthy. Stay Strong.
