Having something that allows us to escape every day life for 60-90 minutes or more each day can greatly reduce the stress in our lives. It just makes us happier.

Improved confidence through our training can reduce our stress as well. Knowing that we have the skills needed to work through situations that we face throughout our days makes life seem a little easier and just a little bit less stressful.
