Sunday Funday Workout 6/21/20
Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
After sleeping in this morning, we got up and got a Sunday Funday workout in. So here it is, just grab a couple kettlebells and give it a go.
Warm Up 5-10 minutes
Round 1: Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises in order. No rest between exercises. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.
Round 2: Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises in order, without rest. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.
Core Circuit 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises in order without resting. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.
Core Circuit 2: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises in order without resting. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.
