Sunday Funday Workout 6/21/20

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! 

After sleeping in this morning, we got up and got a Sunday Funday workout in. So here it is, just grab a couple kettlebells and give it a go.

Warm Up 5-10 minutes

Round 1: Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises in order. No rest between exercises. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds. 

  • Push Ups 10 reps
  • KB Deadlift 10 reps
  • Overhead Press 10 reps
  • Band Rows 20 reps
  • Bear Crawl 150 feet

Round 2: Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises in order, without rest. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.

  • Alternating Kettlebell Swings 10 reps
  • Single KB Cleans 10 each side
  • Single KB Snatch 10 each side

Core Circuit 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises in order without resting. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.

  • KB Around the World 20 reps each direction
  • Suit Case Carry 150 feet each side
  • Crunches 20 reps

Core Circuit 2: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises in order without resting. Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds.

  • Standing Side Bends 20 each side
  • Overhead Carry 150 feet each side
  • Reverse Crunch 20 reps
